This series of photographs was taken during a journey to El Chaltén, in Santa Cruz, Patagonia Argentina. I traveled there to immerse myself in nature, staying in a natural reserve devoted to conservation and environmental research.

Here, at what we call ‘El fin del mundo’, nature reveals its true scale. Among lakes, glaciers, forests, winds, and scents, a deep sense of peace emerges, as if the world briefly returned to its essential form.

These photographs seek to hold that moment, the feeling of encountering nature and recognizing oneself as a small part of something immense.
